    I was in the store today looking at cat trees. The sales person was terrible and as a retired manager from another sales based industry, she did not impress me one bit. She lacked the necessary math skills and most definitely her sales skills. Rude comes to mind. Lost a sale of over $130 too bad, I will take my business elsewhere.
