  I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. When you're a mom and you have a 4-year-old with a fever for 10 days and you visit with several doctors who can't tell you WHY he has a fever - you start to panic. I was 'this close' to spending an entire day waiting at the hospital and risk my son getting WORSE; when I decided on a whim to stop at Main Street Pharmacy thinking that (at best) I could get the doctor to order a blood test and an x-ray. Not only were we seen right away, but I was SHOCKED to find that their nurse, Helena (hope I got her name right) was determined to get to the bottom of my son's condition - which she called "concerning". (Not sure why the other docs sent me on my merry way with no answers and told me to "wait it out"?). She asked more symptomatic questions than all the doctors we visited COMBINED. Helena discovered inflammation in his tonsils and immediately swabbed him for Strep. Guess what? After visiting several clinics over several days, we FINALLY got a diagnosis and antibiotics - all thanks to a thorough nurse and the extremely knowledgeable Dr. MacTavish (of "Good Doctors" - hope I got his name right, too). And I must add that Dr. MacTavish (whom we conversed with via web cam) was caring, patient, discerning and thoroughly explained his recommendations; which was in stark contrast to the rushed, rude, systematic wait-and-see approach of the other clinic doctors we saw this week. If you are a mom, skip the other clinics and go straight to this one. They actually care!!
